The Southwest Florida Home Group was created by husband and wife, Brianna and John Paul Opteyndt.

Brianna moved to Southwest Florida from Middletown, New Jersey to study marketing at FGCU in 2013. Shortly after, she met John Paul who was born and raised in Bonita Springs and had just started a career in sales. John Paul decided to pursue a career in real estate and Brianna followed suit a year later. In 2017, they began working together officially as a team.

Over the past seven years, Brianna and John Paul have combined their knowledge of marketing, sales, personal real estate investing, and the local area to create The SWFL Home Group. This pair is young and hungry but with more experience than over 87% of other agents. They have an exceptional understanding of the ever-changing digital world and always stay on top of trends. They have built innovative selling systems along with an impressive web presence that helps sell listings faster and for top dollar.

In 2021, they welcomed a beautiful daughter. They have built a beautiful life here in SWFL and are passionate about helping others do the same, whether they are looking to buy, sell, or invest.
